Shipping
I always aim to ship your purchased items as quickly as possible, but please be patient as only being 1 person, this may take up to 3 working days.
Shipping will usually take around 2-3 working days from the time of dispatch, depending on the circumstances. Currently I do not offer international shipping.
Shipping ceramics safely is an expensive task. This sometimes means that I will split your order into multiple packages, but you will not be charged any more if this is the case.
I try to reuse packaging where possible, and having my studio attached to another business means I have access to bubble wrap they receive and would otherwise throw away. So your pots may end up protected in some ‘reclaimed’ bubble wrap, please also reuse this your self where you can.
If something goes missing or is delayed, please contact both myself and the shipping company. All lost or damaged items will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
Returns and refunds
Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order, and that you are happy with the materials and dimensions.
I make all my pottery by hand in small batches so there will be slight variations between the pieces, even if they are made with the same clay and glaze.
I measure and describe each item of pottery carefully, so please read descriptions for dimensions, sizes, usage and care instructions etc before making your purchase. I can not accept returns, offer refunds, reimbursements, discounts or compensation due to issues arising from the customer’s personal preference.
If you receive broken or wrong items, please contact us as soon as possible with a detailed description in writing and your order number. Refunds in these situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. In the case of faulty or damaged ceramics, or an incorrect order is received, we will do everything we can to provide you with the correct items.
